Forgot your password?

Passwords are reset by a person, so nobody else can take over your account.

1. Ask your company administrator. They open Users and roles in the Web Office, choose you, and press Reset password. They give you a temporary password.
2. Sign in with it. Use your company code, your user name and the temporary password. You are then asked to choose a password of your own.
3. Are you the administrator? Contact Sypram support. They can reset the administrator's password and will ask you to confirm who you are.
